Alyssa Bivona

I offer a warm, affirming space where LGBTQ+ individuals can feel safe exploring who they are and what they need. I understand how complex it can be to navigate identity, relationships, and the weight of other people’s expectations while trying to care for yourself. My work is grounded in respect, cultural humility, and the belief that everyone deserves to be fully seen and supported. In our work together, we might explore topics like self-acceptance, family and relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, or life transitions. I draw from evidence-based approaches through a trauma-informed lens, but always center your voice and lived experience. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and build a stronger sense of self and safety in the world.
