 I figured out who I was outside of who I was supposed to be.

I'm Tarynn — therapist, LCSW, and someone who has genuinely done this work. Not the performative kind. The kind that changes how you move through the world.

I grew up with a script. A version of myself I was supposed to become. It took real work — the uncomfortable, unglamorous kind — to find what was actually true underneath all of that.

That's what I bring into every session. Warmth, yes. But also clarity, directness, and a genuine belief that connection to self isn't a luxury — it's the foundation everything else is built on.
