TARYNN DIER
I work with people who are thoughtful, capable, and self aware, yet feel disconnected from themselves or stuck in patterns that no longer make sense.
My work is grounded in the belief that lasting change comes from developing a strong internal sense of self rather than learning more strategies to cope.
I bring a relational, direct, and emotionally attuned approach to therapy that prioritizes depth, honesty, and real integration.
I integrate Internal Family Systems, attachment-based therapy, and somatic work to help clients understand how their nervous system and internal world shape their relationships, choices, and sense of self.
Rather than focusing only on insight, the work emphasizes felt experience and emotional presence. This allows clients to move out of survival based patterns and into a more grounded, self-led way of living.
I work with individuals and relationships across identities and structures, including queer and non-traditional relationships, from an affirming and non-pathologizing lens.
Therapy here is not about fixing who you are.
It is about helping you feel more at home in yourself so your life and relationships can reflect that.
